6.) Project for providing a special healing herb, STEVIA, for those suffering from diabetes and metabolic disorders. The Stevia recovery program is focused on substituting sugar and treating diabetes, widely using in the food and cosmetic industries. Being a revolutionary sweetener, stevia can be used as preservative, emollient and metabolism promoting agent. Producing toothpastes and tooth powders using stevia and zeolite. Manufacturing of stevia extracts.

7.) Human activities for obtaining and producing food in the Carpathian Basin from the ancient times tilltoday. Educational publication. The people living in the Carpathian Basin were hardly affected by calamities of history. The Mongol and Turkish invasion, World War I and II destroyed a great amount of the population and the means of production. It had to be started over again and again.
